Click on the Fishbone drop menu in the navigation bar on top and click Report tab to check the audit data for a problem.
Click History tab next to the Systems & Problems Page to check the audit data for all of the applications in an account.
Go to the Report page by clicking the Report tab under Fishbone drop menu, select the Report level – Summary/Detailed and click on download Report.
Click on the Download icon next to the navigation bar in any of the screens to download the Summary Report directly.
Only the System owner has the privilege to customize the auto-email feature.
Go to the Configure System page and select Customize: Auto Reporting. Click on the check box to change the scheduling intervals and the priorities of the problems along with the Report Level to be included in the auto-email feature.
