Generate Reports

  • Click on the Fishbone drop menu in the navigation bar on top and click Report tab to check the audit data for a problem.

  • Click History tab next to the Systems & Problems Page to check the audit data for all of the applications in an account.

  • Go to the Report page by clicking the Report tab under Fishbone drop menu, select the Report level – Summary/Detailed and click on download Report.
  • Click on the Download icon next to the navigation bar in any of the screens to download the Summary Report directly.

  • Only the System owner has the privilege to customize the auto-email feature.
  • Go to the Configure System page and select Customize: Auto Reporting. Click on the check box to change the scheduling intervals and the priorities of the problems along with the Report Level to be included in the auto-email feature.
